The main purpose of Quinta São José dos Montes is to promote in the human being, a greater contact with himself, through the development of activities where the personal, social, spiritual dimensions are integrated and the contact with the nature around him. Through its Retreat Center, the Quinta promotes countless events and retreats throughout the year, from Meditation, to Yoga, Conscious Breathing, Dance, Natural Equitation, Shamanism practices among many others. It is also geared towards ecological tourism, promoting, in its essence, contact with nature and animals, providing its guests with a distance from the busy life of urban centers, without putting aside their comfort, leisure and well-being.
