DESCRIPTION:In these 2 days you will have the opportunity to dive deep into your inner self, unlocking deep tensions, feeling more satisfied with life and more centered.\nBiodynamic Breathwork® is a work that connects the body-mind-spirit triad, including sessions of breathing, movement, conscious touch, sound, emotional expression, meditation and bioenergetic exercises. Use practices and techniques from the Western and Eastern world, from meditation to psychology, from yoga to bioenergetics.\nBreathwork Sessions constitute the pillar of this therapy, allowing a huge release of repressed tensions and emotions and the development of body awareness. On the other hand, it allows the activation of the inner wisdom, inviting the body to a natural healing process, restructuring its systems down to a cellular level. This is a work that will allow you to have an intimate connection with yourself and others.\nWho is it addressed to anyone interested in this method of development, healing and self-knowledge. No prior experience is necessary. We have English translation for this retreat.\nDescription of the Retreat\nSessions include Biodynamic Breathwork, movement, body and emotional expression, dance, sound healing, meditation and bioenergetic exercises. Throughout the retreat, several dynamics are created that prepare people for the breathwork sessions, as well as different integration activities after the sessions.\nAbout Facilitator\nRui Sebők Bizarro\nAfter several years of learning in Portugal, Spain and other cultures as the Amazon jungle of Brazil, Peru, USA and India, has been touched by different teachers, masters and facilitators whom so much taught and facilitated his process of self-knowledge and transformation.
